He says his family doctor and a neurologist told him it was psychological, and an emergency visit produced a functional neurological disorder diagnosis. An EMG in April 2022 showed what he describes as severe demyelination.

He spent six months in hospital and has not walked since. He reports lost nerve function in his legs, constant burning nerve pain, and hand tremors.

About a year after discharge, his digestive system failed. He now depends on a gastrojejunostomy tube and IV nutrition 12 hours a day, and still vomits every few hours. He says doctors called a vaccine cause a strong possibility but would not confirm it, and his Vaccine Injury Support Program claim was denied.

He thought he was doing the right thing by getting vaccinated. He deserves clarity, care, and support, not ambiguity. If society asked him to take that step, it should not look away now.
